Short version: APLGO is the seller of record. When you click through from our site, your order is placed on APLGO’s secure store, and they handle payment, shipping and returns directly.
Who you are actually buying from
DNA Drops is an independent APLGO distributor based in the United States. We do not hold stock, take payments, or ship parcels. Our job is to help you understand the range and choose sensibly; APLGO fulfils the order.
That matters in a practical way: your payment details go to APLGO, not to us, and any question about a specific parcel is answered faster by APLGO’s support team than by us.
Shipping
Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout on the APLGO store before you pay, and depend on your location and the size of your order. Because these are shelf-stable lozenges there are no cold-chain requirements.
Once your order ships, tracking information comes from APLGO directly to the email address you used at checkout.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by APLGO’s own returns policy, which is linked from their checkout and applies to every order regardless of which distributor referred you. Terms vary by country and change from time to time, so read the current policy before ordering rather than relying on a summary here.
If you have a problem with an order, contact APLGO support first — they hold the order record and can act on it. If you would rather have help navigating that, get in touch with us and we will do what we can to point you in the right direction.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Keep the packaging and take a photo before contacting support. It makes the process considerably faster.
Subscriptions and Prime pricing
The lower Prime price requires an active subscription with APLGO. Subscription terms, billing dates and cancellation are managed in your APLGO account, not through us. If you only want to buy once, the retail price applies and there is nothing to cancel.
A note on third-party marketplaces
You will sometimes find APLGO products listed on general marketplaces at odd prices. We would be cautious: storage conditions, expiry dates and authenticity are not guaranteed on those listings, and they carry no returns protection from APLGO.
